Patricea | Founder & Teacher
Patricea started practicing yoga at 39-years-old, during a challenging chapter of her life. Yoga strengthened her physically, calmed her mentally and lightened her emotionally.
On the advice of her yoga teachers, she obtained her 250YTT in 2017 from Yoga Vidyagurukul in Nashik, India. She also obtained a YTT in both Yin and Aroma yoga.
Patricea started teaching from 2018 at yoga studios (Instiinct Studios, Art of Yoga, Veda Yoga), private 1:1 classes and small groups. She also coordinated regular yoga sessions and yoga teachers for corporate wellness programmes and wellness events.
In 2025, she became an Inside Flow Silver Teacher.
Patricea's approach to yoga is that the practice meets the student where they're at.
That's why she recommends classes according to each student's needs, whether it's stability, strength or simply to find nuah on the mat.
Patricea is also a Sports & Exercise Nutrition Coach (Pn1) and Animal Flow L1 Coach.

Our HDB home studio is a no-frills, quiet and peaceful space. It is located in a bustling town with many food options.
The studio fits six mats. Mats, blocks, straps, knee pads and a small towel are provided. There is also a sound system with bluetooth connectivity.
There are no mirrors – so that you tune into your body rather than look with your eyes.
There is no air conditioning – it's similar to practicing yoga outdoors except that classes continue rain or shine.
The studio is also available for rent for personal practice, please enquire for rates.
