FOUNDATION
Suitable for all levels including newbies and beginners. The focus is on building strength, stability and mobility your body requires for better daily movement.
Yoga for Legs
Stretch and strengthen your lower body muscles as well as core muscles. You will become more stable, which helps reduce clumsiness and leg muscle aches after runs and a day of walking.
Yoga for Lower Back
If you have back aches after a day of sitting or standing, this class is for you. The poses will strengthen the muscles along your spine and abdominals to build stability in your torso.
STRENGTH
Only for practitioners who have a consistent yoga practice. You must be able to hold high plank for at least 30-seconds without shaking or hold high lunge for at least 15-seconds. You should also be familiar with navasana, vasistasana, virabhadrasana, camatkarasana, natrajasana.
Yoga for Stability
A slow paced but challenging class that focuses on building core muscle strength. This helps build overall body stability.
Inside Flow
A dynamic vinyasa-style practice that's done in tempo with music and a choreographed sequence. Social media friendly.
BALANCE
Suitable for all levels including newbies and beginners. Come slow down to find "nuah" on your mat, so that you can live better off the mat.
Yoga Basics
For anyone who has done less than 10 classes of yoga or would like to strengthen their practice of yoga poses.
Fascia Release
A yin-focused practice that targets the fascial connective tissues. Poses are held up to 10 minutes in this contemplative practice that combines breath awareness, essentials oils and soothing music.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
Private classes cater to your needs and you receive 1:1 attention. Sessions can also be held at a location that's convenient for you. *Rates will be based on location.
CORPORATE YOGA CLASSES (FOR TEAMS)
A great team building activity that also encourages team wellness. Suitable for various team sizes. *Rates will be based on location and number of participants.
We have two weekly Introduction to Yoga classes, which is the best option for newbies, including those who have an active workout routine. In the class, you will be introduced to the common yoga poses and spend time on getting the correct alignment and muscle engagement.
With the exception of Inside Flow, all our yoga classes are slower paced. This doesn't mean that they're low intensity!
All our Foundation and Strength classes may be slower paced but they will challenge your strength and stability through the various poses.
The Balance classes will support you in slowing down your thoughts by bringing your focus to your breathe and finding stillness on your mat.
